You have an Engineering background
and a proven track record (at least ten years) of technical expertise.
You also have formal business training (e.g. an MBA)
You are an accomplished manager and have held a senior position for at least five years in one of the following fields (or similar):
- Information technologies
- Engineering
- Product or process design.
